WORLDWIDE COLLECTION, sprawling collection on Minkus Master Global pages in 108 mismatched Minkus binders. The pages, which include supplements to 1996 or 2000, depending on the country, have been rearranged to keep countries together. Many areas include only mint sets from the 1970s or '80s, with earlier years covered only very sparsely and there's a lot of cancelled to order in the Eastern Europe. Other areas were obviously favored by the owner and include some solid value, though nothing high-priced. Better countries, with a few mint highlights, include Canada (a F-VF Bluenose), Falkland Is. (#84-96, 94a, 107-20), Finland, Greece, Liechtenstein (C7-8), Belgium (B605a NH), Austria, Germany (C38-39), Italy, Scandinavia, etc. Many countries could have stood on their own, but we felt this was a collection where the whole was greater than the sum of its parts. Condition, because there's very little 19th century, is virtually all F-VF. A pleasant lot for a worldwide collector.
Estimate 7,500 - 10,000

WORLDWIDE COLLECTION, Solid mint and used collection in 19 Scott International albums with many countries running to the mid-1980s. We noted strength in mint Canada, China, Cyprus, Fr. Antarctic (#28 LH), Hong Kong (excellent), Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Ryukyus (apparently complete except for #17), Singapore, Switzerland, and Trieste A, but there are nice mint sets everywhere. Since this is the abridged version of the album, there is very little 19th century. Accordingly, condition is virtually all F-VF with some NH surprises here and there. A terrific lot.

WORLDWIDE 19TH CENTURY COLLECTION, Comprehensive collection of several thousand different in a packed 2-volume Scott International album. Fairly solid throughout with the best single area probably being French Colonies, but with just about all areas being fairly well represented. Generally there's nothing really high priced with one notable exception being Switzerland which has attractive examples of #2L2, 2L3, 2L5 and #1 along with some more dubious numbers. This collection was assembled from other collections bought at auction, so condition is pretty mixed, but a general collector will find loads of useful material throughout.
Estimate 3,000 - 4,000

Worldwide Collection, Seven volume Scott International collection to the mid-'60s with some excellent late '40s and early '50s material. For some reason the "H-I" volume is missing, but otherwise there's a great range of countries. Should be seen to be appreciated.
Estimate 2,000 - 3,000

Worldwide Collection, Large collection of many thousands in 16 Scott International albums to about 1984. The stamps are more than 95% used since the collection was put together largely from kiloware. Accordingly, it's mainly 20th century and strongest in post-1940 issues with loads of pictorials and a surprising number of high values. You won't want this lot for the albums---many are literally falling apart---the last volume is so packed that it needed its own box (the stamps were never mounted, just thrown between the pages!), but if you collect Worldwide used, this is a great lot for you.

WORLDWIDE COLLECTION TO 1940, Many thousands of mint and used stamps in a 2-volume Scott International Part 1 album. This is the modern "abridged" version of the album, which doesn't include spaces for complete sets of definitives; accordingly there are almost no high values present. What you will find is lots and lots of elusive lower values with plenty of stamps cataloging $5-$10 and more. There is strength in British Empire (Also includes a few hundred copies of Great Britain 1d #33 for plating) and Latin America, while countries such as Austria, Belgium, France, and Germany are not included at all (though their states and colonies are). Also, there's very little in the way of 19th century, which means condition, overall, is not a problem. A nice lot for a general collector.
Estimate 1,000 - 1,500

WORLDWIDE, 1840-1940, Collection of thousands in a bulging Scott International Junior album. We didn't see anything really noteworthy, but there are slightly better things scattered throughout (we noted used Liechtenstein #1-3, mint Vatican #1-13, for instance). Condition is somewhat mixed but there's not much in the way of classics (and that's not necessarily a bad thing) and there sure are a lot of stamps!

WORLDWIDE COLLECTION, thousands of stamps in a four-volume Scott International album to 1959. The last three parts are rather sparse but the part I, which covers the 1840-1940 period, is pretty full., However, this is the modern "abridged" edition of the album that doesn't provide spaces for the high values of most older sets and we didn't see anything of great value (there were almost no 19th century classics). The best thing we noticed is the 1935 George V Silver Jubilee issue almost complete MNH (no Falklands or Hong Kong). An excellent lot for a beginner.
Estimate 400 - 500
